"According to the development model of 'enterprise + base + farmer', the base provides unified germ sticks, unified standards, unified services and unified acquisitions, and provides one-stop services of the whole industrial chain for farmers." Wang Tao, general manager of Yichuan Meitai Fungus RESEARCH and Development Production Co., LTD., SAID that the base can PRODUCE 5 million bags of edible fungi annually, which will drive farmers to develop more than 500 greenhouses. It can increase the annual income of 4,192 rural households by more than 2.86 million yuan, drive 528 households out of poverty by more than 390,000 yuan, and increase the annual collective income of the village by more than 300,000 yuan.

At present, the base will "promote the development of the whole industrial chain, build a circular system" as an important development idea. "Of the first batch, 270,000 were sold in Yichuan County, and another 10,000 will be exported to France, South Korea, Laos and other countries. Lentinan products have signed agreements with related enterprises in Hebei. In addition, we also promote the deep processing industry system, including mushroom sauce, mushroom crisp, mushroom soup packet. Next, will create additional tertiary industry edible mushroom theme restaurant, research and development of special dishes." Company chairman Zhang Yanqin told reporters.

The raw material of edible fungus stick production is mainly pruned branches of fruit trees, and the eliminated fungus stick can be returned to the field as organic fertilizer, which can promote the recycling of agricultural waste and solve the problem of insufficient organic fertilizer in the development of fruit industry.
