Author:
Recently, 15 tons of white jade mushroom and crab mushroom are being picked and packed at the packaging workshop of Qingdao Fengke Biotechnology Co LTD in Jimo, Qingdao. After passing the customs inspection and quarantine, these small mushrooms will go to Thailand.
Qingdao Fengke Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, and its export market is mainly to Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia and other Southeast Asian countries. From the beginning of the establishment of 1 ton of daily export development to the present ten tons, the company exports all the way up.
"We have a long-term cooperation with a number of domestic universities in the field of edible fungi research optimization screening, each year invested 6 million yuan for the development of bacteria cultivation and production process improvement, the production process to achieve efficient automated management." Company sales management department manager Hu Ying introduced, "more than 10 years of export, experienced the change from paper customs declaration to paperless declaration, inspection and release speed is faster and faster, the same day of the declaration can be released, so that the company's mushroom export quality rise."
In the past two years, the rising export curve of the enterprise has seen a small turning point. The contradiction between the fungus with high freshness requirement and the tight shipping capacity has become the biggest problem faced by the enterprise in export.
"We have export scheduling every week, but since the epidemic, the number of international voyage has been reduced, resulting in unstable shipping schedule. Temporary notice of shipping space is available, or the interval between two shipping dates is very short, which happens from time to time. I am worried about the failure of customs clearance procedures." The said.
In ORDER TO help enterprises, Jimo Customs implemented ten measures of the General Administration of Customs to promote foreign trade, maintain stability and improve quality, opened green channels for inspection of fresh perishable agricultural food products, and provided customs clearance convenience for enterprises.
"We flexibly arrange the inspection time according to the export demand of enterprises, and accept the inspection application at any time on weekends and holidays. As long as we receive a call from enterprises that need inspection, we will immediately arrange customs officers to carry out the inspection." Jimo Customs inspection section deputy section chief Wang Xinxing said.
With the stabilization of foreign trade policy effect, so far this year the company realized the mushroom exports of 3527 tons, compared with the same period last year has nearly 20% improvement.
"After more than ten years of development, we are now the largest factory of crab mushroom and white jade mushroom monomer in China. We want to further strengthen the 'Fengke' brand, make it a representative of high-end mushroom, and stabilize the overseas market." The said.
With the change of the epidemic situation abroad and the fierce competition of product homogenization in the industry, foreign customers have put forward higher requirements for product quality, timeliness of customs clearance and company credit. "Stabilizing" the overseas market has also become the new development demand of enterprises.
"We found that the enterprise's production and operation standards and management system are relatively perfect, and it has the conditions to become the key cultivation object of 'AEO advanced certification enterprise', which is completely in line with the development strategy of the enterprise." Jimo Customs enterprise management section customs officer Wang Tao-yi said.
Becoming an AEO senior certification enterprise of customs not only allows the enterprise to enjoy 22 certification enterprise management measures in 5 categories, such as priority processing, reduction of supervision frequency and reduction of customs clearance cost, but also can continuously standardize and strengthen the level of food safety guarantee of the enterprise, improve the credit level of the enterprise in the international market and gain more customer recognition.
"With the customs' escort ', we have more energy to focus on product improvement. Recently, we are developing high-end mushroom varieties such as deer mushroom and maitake mushroom." In the breeding workshop, Hu Ying said, "Under the guidance of the customs, we will continue to strengthen the control of raw materials, safety and health control, product delivery inspection, to stabilize the market and create a brand."
It is understood that Qingdao Jimo vegetable planting export scale advantage is obvious, in the past decade, Jimo export vegetable record planting plant has developed to nearly 30. Jimo Customs will continue to implement relevant measures to promote the stability and quality of foreign trade, support enterprises exporting agricultural products to diversify their products, and do everything possible to help enterprises maintain and stabilize the market and seek development.
