The mushroom belongs to the phylum Fungi, class Streptomycetes, subclass Noncompartmental Streptomycetes, order Umbelliferae, family Paecilomyces. It is the best of the mushrooms. According to the different quality of shiitake mushroom, it is divided into three categories: wild, woody artificial mushroom and bagged mushroom. Each category is further divided into three types: flower mushroom, thick mushroom and flat mushroom. There are generally three levels: the first level is the flower mushroom. Flower mushrooms are only as big as a copper coin each, and the whole body is covered with flowers. The mushroom is thick, tender and fragrant, and the cap is intact with white and yellowish cracks, shaped like a chrysanthemum petal, which is formed after the mushroom surface is frostbitten and then bridged by sunlight, so it is also called chrysanthemum mushroom. The edges of the mushroom are inwardly rolled, the gills are white and fine and clean, and the stalk is short.
It is a new type of edible mushroom developed in recent years, which is formed by artificially changing the normal growth and development of shiitake mushroom through controlling natural conditions such as temperature, humidity, light and ventilation during the production process, so that the mushroom cap forms a brown and white pattern, thus forming a flower mushroom. During the production process, the mushroom does not use pesticides, fertilizers or any hormones, and is free from any pollution and can reach the organic food standard. The mushroom is popular among people at home and abroad for its rich nutrition, disease prevention, fitness and aging delay.
